- Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS
- Ground shipments take 7 to business 10 days after shipping
- Please allow some delays during Holidays and bad weather conditions

Please be advised that there will be NO returns or exchanges on any special collaboration items.
At Deanzign, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is returned in saleable condition according to the following guidelines:
- Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days after receiving the item Your credit card will be credited after garment is received back.
- Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned.
- All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
- When you return an item, you will receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for what you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
- Online store credit can only be used at www.deanzign.com. It cannot be used at any other website or store.
- Please email the Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending the product back to us. This will speed up the processing of your credit.
- If your item was damaged or a wrong item was shipped, please email us at email@example.com. You will not be charged for shipping of the replacement item.
